So Good Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Smart Beat margarine
    2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. almond extract
    2 Egg Beaters
    2 1/2 to 3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together Smart Beat, powdered sugar, vanilla, almond extract and Egg Beaters until smooth.
    Add flour and blend thoroughly.
    Chill dough 1 hour.
    On a small plate, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
    Drop dough by spoonful into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    The dough will be very sticky. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over dough until it is coated enough.
    Next, place the coated balls on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Yields about 5 dozen cookies.
