Creamy Chef'S Dressing(Low-Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1/2 small white onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. minced chives
Preparation
    Process all ingredients until smooth in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
    Process until smooth.
    Keep covered and refrigerated.
    Makes 1 cup.
    Serves 16; 1 tablespoon per serving.
