Caramelized Phyllo Key Lime Natilla - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2/3 c. minus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. Key lime juice
4 oz. sweet butter, cut into small pieces and softened
2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Combine whole eggs, yolks, sugar and lime juice in large mixing bowl.
Whisk vigorously over simmering water until mixture is ribbony and pale in color.
Remove from heat and whisk in softened butter.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Whip heavy cream until stiff.
Whisk approximately 1/4 of cream into Key lime mixture to lighten it.
Fold in remaining cream.
