Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix (original recipe)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Grate Cheddar cheeses, then let soften.
Beat cream cheese until creamy and light.
Mix in Cheddar cheeses and dressing mix. Mix until well blended.
Roll into balls, approximately the size of grapefruit.
Roll in chopped pecans to coat.
Makes 2.
