Peggy'S Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen fish fillets, thawed (we use flounder)
lemon juice from 1 lemon
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Either marinate fish in lemon juice or sprinkle lemon on fish before baking.
Put fish in glass baking dish.
Pour soup over it and then sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
