Mother'S White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. candied cherries
2 lb. candied pineapple
2 lb. chopped pecans
1 lb. butter
1 1/2 lb. sugar
1 1/2 lb. eggs
1 1/2 lb. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Preparation

Chop fruit and dredge in flour.
Mix remaining ingredients; add fruit.
Pour into a 3 x 5-inch oblong pan (or pan of desirable size).
Bake for 2 to 3 hours at 250\u00b0.
Baking time will depend on size and thickness of pan.
Yield:
11 1/2 cups batter.
