Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. shredded orange peel
Preparation
    Combine eggs and orange juice.
    Dip chicken in mixture and then into mixture of bread crumbs, salt, paprika and shredded orange peel.
    In 400\u00b0 oven, melt butter in a large, shallow baking pan.
    Remove pan from oven and turn chicken in butter to coat. Bake 40 minutes.
    Cover with foil last 10 minutes.
