Hot Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. strong black coffee
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. almond or coconut extract
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler, or over very low heat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Serve hot over ice cream. May be stored in covered jar and reheated when needed.
