Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped, peeled apples (red or golden Delicious)
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
