Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 bacon drippings
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can green chili peppers, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix together meal, salt, soda, milk, corn, cheese and peppers. Pour hot bacon grease in bottom of pan.
    Pour batter into pan (iron skillet is best).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
