Green Pea Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 to 1 head lettuce
1 (16 oz.) can small green peas, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 to 2 medium onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
10 to 12 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Layer ingredients as listed in a 3-quart oblong, shallow dish. Cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
