Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

1 fryer, broiled
1 pkg. Creole gumbo (Smoke House Brand)
6 c. chicken broth or water
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Debone fryer and cook gumbo mix, celery, onion and tomatoes in 6 cups chicken broth or water for 45 to 60 minutes on medium heat; then add chicken.
