Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
6 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat until boiling:
butter, water and salt.
Remove from heat and add flour and baking powder.
Stir vigorously until dough forms a ball.
Add 4 eggs, one at a time, blending completely each time.
Cool overnight in fridge.
Bring to room temperature before baking.
Make 12 round mounds on baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for around 45 minutes.
Remove and cut slit on side of each cream puff; bake for 10 more minutes.
Turn off oven and let sit 10 more minutes.
Cool and fill with cream.
Drizzle with chocolate.
