Mexican Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 large tomato
    6 eggs
    minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    6 medium size mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in margarine.
    Add sliced mushrooms and tomato (crushed).
    Cook until tomato and mushrooms are heated through.
    Mix eggs together in separate dish and add to onion and tomato mixture.
    Cook together, mixing all ingredients together until eggs are cooked through.
