Chicken Breasts Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
2 large egg whites
2 tsp. water
2 skinned and boned chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lemon, quartered lengthwise
Preparation

Combine the bread crumbs and parsley on a plate.
Place the cheese on another plate.
In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg whites with water.
Dip the chicken into the cheese, then into the egg whites, then into the crumb mixture.
Lay them on a rack and refrigerate, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
