Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add the beaten egg.
Sift in the flour, salt, baking powder and soda.
Mix with the sour milk.
Add the blueberries.
Pour into an 8 x8-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with a thick layer of cinnamon-sugar.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
