Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pumpkin seeds
1 qt. water
1/2 c. salt
Preparation

Wash seeds well.
Mix 1 quart water to 1/2 cup salt.
Add seeds.
Let boil about 3 minutes.
Drain off water.
Roast seeds slowly on a baking sheet for about 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
Turn occasionally.
