Mini Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 to 4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup soup, ground beef, crumbs, egg, onion and 1/2 each of seasonings.
    Shape into 6 mini loaves.
    Brown in shortening.
    Drain. Pour on remaining soup, seasonings and water. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
