Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 small pkg. coconut instant pudding
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add crushed crackers, saving 1/4 for the top. Press mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix milk and pudding.
    Add ice cream and Cool Whip.
    Mix well with mixer.
    Pour over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs.
    Chill in refrigerator.
