Roasted Potatoes With Parmesan Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes, cut into 1/4
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water coating each potato well with cheese mixture.
    Melt butter in large baking pan (9 x 13-inch pan works well).
    Put potatoes in single layers in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning potatoes halfway through baking time.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
