Homemade Honey Baked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole 15 to 20 lb. Hamilton's ham
    8 oz. Heinz 57
    4 oz. ketchup
    4 oz. lemon juice
    4 oz. dark Karo syrup
    4 oz. honey
    6 Tbsp. horseradish mustard
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Three days in advance, mix ingredients in small saucepan. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Trim visible fat from ham. Take an ice pick and punch holes all over the entire ham as deep as possible.
    Marinate ham with sauce every 3 to 4 hours the first two days.
    Don't forget to turn it over.
    On the third day, you only need to marinate twice.
    Smoke on covered grill at lowest setting for two hours.
    Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
