Potato Poupon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. minced dehydrated onions
    2 c. canned skimmed milk
    1/3 c. Grey Poupon mustard
    12 slices nonfat Swiss cheese, torn up in pieces
    1 Tbsp. basil
    6 c. sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and microwave at 50% power for about 4 minutes.
    Stir.
    Place half of potatoes in a sprayed casserole dish; add half of sauce.
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    If desired, sprinkle grated cheese on top for the last 5 to 10 minutes or baking.
