Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 medium onion
    carrots
    celery
    potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 to 3/4 c. or 1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Peel and slice the onion, carrots, celery and potatoes.
    Place in baking pan or crock-pot with meat.
    Sprinkle dry ingredients over meat and vegetables.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
