Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
3 c. cooked diced beets
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Add water and vinegar.
Cook on medium heat until thick about 10 minutes.
Add salt, butter and beets. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
