Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 deep dish pie shells
1 pkg. hot sausage
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cook sausage in skillet.
Remove sausage from skillet and crumble.
Cook green pepper and onion in a little of sausage grease.
Drain onion and pepper on paper towel.
Place onion and green pepper in bottom of pie pan.
Place sausage in shells.
Mix flour and cheese together.
Place over sausage.
Mix eggs and milk (beat well).
Pour into shells.
Sprinkle top with red pepper. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Can be frozen.
