Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 peeled potatoes
    1 sliced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thinly. Grease baking dish and place a row of potatoes in it. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and dot with butter.
    Add a row of thinly sliced onion and sprinkle again. Pour scalded milk over the last layer and dot with butter.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 for 1 hour.
