Chicken Ceylon Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk or yogurt
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. fryers, disjointed
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 onions, chopped fine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk and garlic powder in bowl.
    Add chicken and let marinate 2 hours or more.
    Baste and turn often, at room temperature.
