Ingredients
    2 oz. skinned and boned, cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. shredded carrot
    2 Tbsp. fat-free Ranch dressing
    1 whole wheat pita
    1/4 c. shredded lettuce
    1/2 chopped medium tomato
