Noodle Spinach Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. broad noodles
    2 pkg. chopped, defrosted and drained spinach
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook
    noodles
    until barely tender; drain.
    Mix noodles and spinach.
    Saute
    onions in butter until tender.
    Mix eggs and sour
    cream and fold in all other ingredients.
    Pour into greased 6-cup mold.
    Place mold in pan of hot water in a 350\u00b0 oven\tand cook 45 minutes.
    Unmold onto heated platter.
    Good served with mushrooms or carrots in center of mold.
    Serves 8.
