Mother'S Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
2 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 large can green beans, drained
1 regular can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 large can chopped tomatoes
4 c. mashed potatoes
2 jumbo eggs
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
paprika
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain.
Mix with green beans and corn.
Stir in tomatoes; salt and pepper.
Spoon into 2 buttered pie pans.
Beat eggs and blend in mashed potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Spread potato mix over ground beef mixture. Spread and seal to edge of pan.
Sprinkle with cheese evenly. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
