Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    garlic powder to taste
    parsley
Preparation
    Let cheeses get to room temperature.
    In a large bowl, mix the two cheeses together.
    It is easiest to use your hands.
    Mix it really, really good.
    Add garlic powder, a little at a time.
    The garlic taste will get stronger as it sets.
    Mix it all really well.
    Form into a ball.
    Roll in parsley and refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with crackers.
