Emerald Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 (14 oz.) can fruit cocktail or pineapple
    2 to 3 bananas, sliced
    1 pt. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle Cool Whip with jello in a mixing bowl.
    Pour in fruit, cottage cheese and bananas.
    Fold in with fork.
    Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or more.
    May leave out bananas.
    Also you may use pink jello, like cherry, raspberry or strawberry.
