New Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes, unpeeled
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil new potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes until tender. Cool, then slice into 1/4-inch slices. Combine all ingredients.
    Chill before serving.
