Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (optional)
3 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Cream sugar and oil.
Mix rest of ingredients, except eggs.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Mix well. Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
