Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a glass bowl.
    Beat well.
    Cover and let stand 2 days in warm place.
    It must have air.
    Do not refrigerate.
    After 1 week you may give a cup to a friend.
    To replenish as used add 1 cup water, 1 cup flour and 1 cup sugar.
