Florentine Salad(Raw Spinach Salad In Lime Jelly.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lime
1 c. hot water
1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. cottage cheese

Preparation

Beat lime, water, vinegar, mayonnaise and salt with rotary beater.
Add cottage cheese.
Thaw and drain spinach well.
Let jello set a little before adding cheese, spinach and onion.
Makes a small salad.
