Suncoast Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 lb. fresh bay scallops
    1/3 c. fine soft breadcrumbs
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    lemon wedges (for garnish)
Preparation
    Pour 2 tablespoons of butter into a shallow baking pan; arrange scallops in single layer.
    Combine breadcrumbs, garlic salt, mustard, paprika and remaining butter; sprinkle over scallops.
    Broil 4 inches from heat until lightly browned, 6 to 8 minutes.
    Drizzle sherry over scallops; serve hot with lemon wedges.
    Serves 6 to 8.
