Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced chicken (white meat)
2 cucumbers (seedless or cut seeds out), diced
1 finely diced celery stalk
8 oz. Miracle Whip or lite mayo
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. black olives (optional)
croissants
1/2 Tbsp. oregano (optional)
Preparation

Mix everything together.
Slice croissants 2/3 through.
Fill with chicken salad or serve on whole wheat or rye.
Excellent. Better after it sits a couple of hours, covered, in refrigerator. Yields 8 average croissants.
