Deviled Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. enriched flour
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. chopped parsley or celery
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. flaked crab meat
Preparation

Make smooth paste of flour and cream.
Heat smoothly and add butter.
Cook until very thick.
Add egg and other ingredients. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
