Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 small head cabbage
    1 (12 oz.) jar mild taco sauce
    3 medium tomatoes
    1 large bag Fritos
    1/2 small onion
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and grated cheese.
    Chop onion and cabbage and dice tomatoes.
    Mix all ingredients together and stir.
    Add taco sauce, then crush Fritos.
    Mix all together and serve hot or warm as when it cools, Fritos get mushy.
