Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. dark syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, syrup, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Add butter and mix again.
Arrange pecans in bottom of unbaked crust. Pour mixture over them.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
Pecans should rise to the top.
