Meatball Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

Combine meat, cracker crumbs, egg, onion, salt and pepper and form into 20 meatballs.
Brown in oil over medium heat.
In medium saucepan, combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, onion soup mix and sugar.
Add meatballs and vegetables.
Simmer 30 minutes.
