Sweet Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation

With large mixer, blend sweet potatoes, milk, sugar, margarine, eggs and salt.
Pour into well-buttered 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Top with marshmallows and nuts that have been mixed together.
Broil until lightly browned.
