Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. whole white corn, drained (Pride of Illinois, Shoe Peg)
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. instant rice
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    2 eggs, beaten well
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of Tabasco (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix up the night before needed and put in refrigerator.
    Take out and put in cold oven.
    Turn oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 15 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
