Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 small can crushed pineapple (save juice)
    1 1/2 c. oil (Wesson or Crisco)
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1/2 pkg. shredded coconut
    2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks (save whites)
    1 c. nuts, chopped (pecans or walnuts)
Preparation
    Mix all together; beat well.
    Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Mix pineapple juice (or orange juice) with 1/2 box of 10x confectioners sugar.
    Pour over hot cake in pan.
