Microwave 2 Minute Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In large casserole dish, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla.
    Put butter over top.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes.
    Stir until smooth.
    Blend in nuts.
    Pour onto waxed paper-lined 10 x 7-inch loaf pan.
    Chill one hour.
    Cut into squares.
    (If candy is hard or brittle, let warm to room temperature before cutting.)
