Elegant Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Beat oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter flavoring.
Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Fold in apples, nuts and raisins.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
Frost with a cream cheese icing.
