Strawberry Poke Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
    1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    sliced, fresh or frozen strawberries
    whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed on box, baking in well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
    Poke with a fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
