Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red bell peppers
    12 green bell peppers
    12 onions
    1 Tbsp. salt (uniodized)
    2 c. sugar
    1 pt. white vinegar
Preparation
    Chop in food processor.
    Pour boiling water over relish and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add other ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.
    Put in hot jars and seal.
