Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 or 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 chicken, cut up or 1 1/2 lb. boneless breasts and thighs
Preparation

Set oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together first six ingredients.
Place chicken in baking pan.
Pour sauce over and bake for approximately 1 hour.
Serve with rice.
